I'm Lisa Gandolfo a Certified Health Coach, Registered Nurse and a Christian with a passion to help postmenopausal women stop feeling like you're just trying to survivein postmenopause and instead start to thrive and enjoy life! 

You can lose the weight, feel energized, balance your hormones naturally, stop struggling with achy joints, brain fog and no longer live stressed out!

 

I know first hand what it's like to struggle with changes in my body due to postmenopause. I've suffered with unbalanced hormones, fatigue, stress, weight gain, bone loss, achy joints and lack of mental clarity to name a few. I knew I had to do something to find relief from my symptoms, so I began an amazing journey to learn what it takes to overcome and acheive optimal health in postmenopause.  

Working as a nurse for several decades, I saw first hand the devastating effects disease can have on women. Much of what determines our health as we age lies in our mindset, food choices, and lifestyle. What I discovered is we need to be intentional and have a plan to experience wellness during our postmenopausal years.

When I starting having a healthy postmenopause mindset, eliminated unhealthy foods and replaced them with whole foods, added certain supplements and made lifestye changes, I noticed a big difference in how I felt! Now I have balanced hormones, a lot more energy, improved bone density, mental clarity and I enjoy life again.

Thrive In Postmenopause is an exciting 12 week wellness program that includes

12- 45 minute one-on-one sessions. We can meet via a phone call, Zoom or Facebook Messenger.
 
We'll discuss your postmenopausal concerns and goals and build a customized individual plan to 
help you thrive.

In addition to private sessions, you'll get access to exclusive program materials includng handouts, shopping lists, meal plans, delicious recipes, fitness goals and more.
